Our academy at Fook Tseng Enterprise has taught students who are keen to learn the making and cooking of Nyonya and Malay style Local desserts, Nasi Kunyit and Curries.
We offer course which range from 2 to 5 days hands on from 9am to 5pm. Solid 8 hours of practical learning. You will be taught from the very basic to advance level on the subject you are interested in. You can choose to learn the product your choice from our 60 over products menu.
Upon completion of the course, you will be able to make the delicacies the way we make it. Guaranteed!
