Fook Tseng's Brown Koo Kuih is unique in a sense that no one in the Nyonya Kuih Arena has ever attempt to make it into the
Turtle shape. Brown Koo Kuih has been named as "Cho Koo" by the Local Hokkien and the Baba Nyonyas.
The skin of Brown Koo Kuih is made from blended Fook Tseng's secret recipes glutinous rice flour with brown sugar. This is
why the colour of the Koo Kuih is brown. You will find that the Brown Koo has got it's own flavour and special aroma when you take the first bite.
The internal part is prepare with specially selected mung beans. Steamed to perfection and blended with carefully fried onions
with a little bit of sea salt. The taste is irresistible. You may want to try to eat it inside out.
