Chai Tau Kuih

Chai Tau derives from the name white carrot in Hokkien Dialects. Although Kuih Chai Tau is not originated from the Babas and Nyonyas, many do still assume it was brought down from them.

Kuih Chai Tau is made with white carrot/daikon as one of the basic ingredient. White carrots by itself is tasteless but somehow when blended with all other natural ingredient, the kuih tends to stand out uniquely.

Chai Tau Kuih is served with slowly baked groundnuts crush to near powder. This combination makes Chai Tau Kuih to stand out as premium grade delicacies for all occasions.
