Green Koo Kuih
Green Koo Kuih is a new rebirth of Ang Koo Kuih with the same appearance but different taste and color.
The skin of Green Koo which in local dialect Hockkien called "Chea Koo", is a blended mixture of our Fook Tseng secret recipes
glutinous rice flour together with screw pine leaves juice. The green color is enchanced naturally with alkaline water to preserve the color and
taste.
The natural aroma from the screw pine leaves together with the shreaded coconut blended with brown sugar (gula melaka) makes
Green Koo Kuih the perfect choice for desserts.
