Huat Kuih Chet

Huat Kuih was originated from the Baba Nyonyas. The Malays call this Apong and the Hokkien Ethnic call this Huat Kuih.

Huat Kuih Chet is made the same way Huat Kuih being made but in big tray instead of in cups form. Chet means cut in Hokkien dialect.

There is not much difference in making Huat Kuih and Huat Kuih Chet but the funny thing is that the end produce tend to taste different. This is the unique part of Huat Kuih Chet. You should try to check out the distinction for yourself.
