Kuih Kosui

Kuih Kosui is also known as Kuih Lompang. Kuih Kosui is made into a saucer shape and with natural hydration, when it is cool down, the center of the Kuih tends to mould in. This make Kuih Kosui very unique. It self created into a sauce cup.

Kuih Kosui is made with either rich in pandan aroma or brown sugar based. Fook Tseng Kuih Kosui has been able to retain the uniqueness of Kuih Kosui where rich flavor of aromatic pandan and spongyness are well balanced. Freshly grated young coconut sprinkle with a little sea salt is the key to the extraordinary taste for this delicacies.
