Our Fook Tseng Kuih Lapis is made uniquely in a very delicate time consuming process. The multilayered and multicolored has unique and distinctive taste. If you look carefully, there should have 9 layers altogether.

The white layer has the most coconut milk concentration, the green layer has the pandan aroma while the pink colored has been enhanced to blend all the layers together to perfection.
