White Koo Kuih

White Koo is a non color Koo used for prayer ritual to the deceased. It is usually used together with another color like blue for male ritual and yellow for female ritual.

The White Koo Kuih has the same Fook Tseng's secret recipes glutinous rice flour as the skin. For the "inti" which means the filling, carefully selected and prepared mung beans steamed to perfection and blend with fine sugar adds to the fine taste of Nyonya Koo, be it Red or White.
