"I had a great experience with Fook Tseng, Chew is a friendly and easy person to deal with.
Starts with the trial of the full month package, upon request, Chew without hesitant offering me a pack of sample with nasi kunyit and curry chicken before I made any order. The food were really tasty, I love particularly the curry chicken. That moment, I knew I am gonna place order with Fook Tseng and not the 2 other big names in the industry.
Well, the ordering was quick and simple, no deposit needed, that’s a plus. I made a customization on the menu and it doesn’t bother Chew, he did make a few suggestions but I was firm on my choices. Chew was flexible in the ordering too, I made a couple of changes in just matter of days, changing # of pax, vegetarian pack and so on.
On the delivery day, Chew was on time, in fact he was early. I split my delivery into 2 days, Chew was kind enough to oblige to the request. To my surprise, he prepared extra plastic bags for each pack, which is another plus for me. J
The feedback from my friends on the food is awesome. The pack is filled with food, tasty and pleasing. The fragrance rice gets thumbs up, the curry chicken is great, the ang koo kuih is getting equal praising too.
Overall, my experience with Fook Tseng was excellent. I would and I already had, recommend it to my friends and families. Keep up the great work, Chew. J"
